Abstract
⺠Surgical incision enhanced the membrane translocation level of PKCγ in dorsal horns. ⺠Surgical incision induced the trafficking of GluR1 into neuronal plasmic membrane. ⺠Intrathecal PKCγ siRNA inhibited the phosphorylation of GluR1 at Serine-831 site. ⺠Intrathecal PKCγ siRNA inhibited GluR1 membrane trafficking. ⺠Intrathecal PKCγ siRNA blunted the pain hypersensitivity.
