Abstract
⺠TBI resulted in the activation of the TAK1 signaling pathway. ⺠TAK1 inhibition decreased NF-κB and AP-1 DNA-binding activities. ⺠TAK1 inhibition down-regulated TNF-α and IL-1β production. ⺠TAK1 inhibition reduced neuronal damage. ⺠TAK1 inhibition improved the beam-walking score.
