Abstract
⺠Single intrathecal BDNF injection caused transient bladder hyperactivity and pain. ⺠Chronic intrathecal administration of BDNF induced cutaneous hypersensitivity. ⺠Chronic intrathecal administration of BDNF did not affect bladder reflex activity. ⺠Intrathecal BDNF blockade reduced pain and bladder hyperactivity during cystitis.
