⺠Exercise attenuates mechanical allodynia on complex regional pain syndrome type I. ⺠Caffeine reverses antiallodynic effect produced by high-intensity swimming exercise. ⺠Antiallodynic effect caused by exercise involves the activation of the A1 receptors.
