Abstract
⺠Peripheral nerve injury increases Sox11 and TANK (TRAF-associated NF-κB activator) in DRG. ⺠In vitro overexpression of Sox11 increases TANK; Sox11 knockdown decreases TANK expression. ⺠TANK mRNA variants and protein isoforms are expressed in DRG neurons in response to injury. ⺠ChIP shows Sox11 binds the TANK promoter, suggesting Sox11 directly regulates TANK transcription.
