Abstract
⺠Transgenic tg(Prnp-SNCAâA30P)-mice develop motor deficits with age. ⺠tg(Prnp-SNCAâA30P) Tg mice have a reduced locomotor response to amphetamine. ⺠Sncatm(A30P) Tm-mice are slightly hyperactive. ⺠Neither mouse strain studied here show increased sensitivity to 6-OHDA.
