Abstract
⺠Linearol and sidol are kaurane diterpenes with antioxidant properties. ⺠They prevent H2O2-induced oxidative stress in U373-MG. ⺠They decreased ROS levels and reduced lipid peroxidation. ⺠They restored enzymatic and nonenzymatic antioxidant defense system. ⺠Nrf2 a nuclear, antioxidant gene expression regulator, was involved in this protection.
