Abstract
												⺠HNG pretreatment (i.c.v.) decreased TBI-inducted cellular plasmalemma integrality disruption. ⺠HNG reduced lesion volume even when HNG was administered (i.p.) 2 h post TBI. ⺠HNG improved the recovery of motor and cognitive dysfunction post TBI. ⺠HNG pretreatment (i.c.v.) suppresses TBI-induced apoptosis and autophagy.
