Abstract
⺠Spatiotemporal upregulation of gelsolin in the brain of burned mice. ⺠Gelsolin was expressed in microglia/macrophage, astrocytes and neurons in the brain of burned mice. ⺠Gelsolin was cleaved in the brain of burned mice. ⺠Presence of caspase-3-positive cells and kinetic changes of caspase-3 activities in the brain of burned mice. ⺠Increased gelsolin expression and caspase-3-dependent cleavage of PC12 cells insulted by LPS.
