Abstract
⺠Expression of P2Y6 in rat retina is studied by double-labeled immunocytochemistry. ⺠P2Y6 is expressed in photoreceptor terminals and horizontal cells. ⺠P2Y6 is found in some amacrine cells, all ganglion cells and most bipolar cells. ⺠P2Y6 immunoreactivity is seen in both the outer and inner plexiform layers. ⺠No P2Y6 labeling is detected in AII amacrine cells and Müller cells.
