Abstract
⺠ATF3 deletion significantly exacerbated ischemic cerebral injury. ⺠ATF3 deletion led to a remarkable aggravation of post-ischemic inflammatory response. ⺠The activity of NF-κB signaling pathway was upregulated in the ischemic brain of ATF3 knockout mice.
