Abstract
⺠Cholecystokinin (CCK) was knocked-down in the baso-lateral amygdala using a shRNA. ⺠Amygdalar CCK knock-down reduced anxiety-like behaviors in the elevated plus maze. ⺠Amygdalar CCK knock-down decreased depressive-like behaviors in the forced swim.
