Abstract
⺠A TRPV1 mechanism mediates cardiac ischemia-induced SP release in the spinal cord. ⺠TRPV1 mediates spinal neuronal activation as indexed by c-Fos expression. ⺠TRPV1 is possibly linked to spinal cord stimulation therapy for angina.
