Abstract
â¶The differential expression profiles of Kv channels in PVN neurons were examined. â¶Single-cell analysis revealed that several Kv channels exist and some are co-expressed. â¶Kv4.2 and Kv4.3 are major contributors that determine cell type of PVN neurons. â¶This offers a molecular basis on studying specific Kv channels in PVN neurons.
