Abstract
â¶Activation of mGluR7 with AMN082 attenuated sevoflurane-induced neuronal apoptosis. â¶AMN082 prevented sevoflurane neurotoxicity by modulating caspase-3, Bcl-2, and Bax. â¶Sevoflurane exposure inhibited phospho-ERK1/2 that could be restored by AMN082. â¶MEK inhibitor U0126 abolished the neuronal protective effects of AMN082. â¶AMN082 improved the cognitive defects induced by postnatal sevoflurane exposure.
