Abstract
â¶We investigated ADNF-9 neuroprotection in fetal alcohol exposure model. â¶ADNF-9 treatment prevented alcohol-induced reductions in fetal brain weight. â¶ADNF-9 prevented an alcohol-induced increase in cell death in fetal brain regions. â¶Neuroprotective effect of ADNF-9 is mediated through Bcl2 and JNK pathways. â¶ADNF-9 neuroprotection provides potential therapeutics in fetal alcohol exposure.
