Abstract
â¶We examined the gene expression profiles in the brain of NR2B transgenic (Tg) mice. â¶RyR1,3 and related genes Hrc and Trdn were upregulated in Tg mice. â¶Homer-1c was upregulated and it interacts with RyR directly in mouse brain. â¶Phospho-CREB, c-fos, and immediate early genes Egr2,4 were upregulated in Tg mice.158
