Abstract
â¶CART expression is high in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus and striatum at P06. â¶CART is expressed in the thalamic VPM/VPL only at early postnatal age. â¶CART is decreased in the arcuate nucleus at P06. â¶\CART may be involved in development of sensory, memory and reward circuitry.
