Abstract
â¶Mefloquine did not affect ripple oscillations during hippocampal sharp wave-ripples. â¶Mefloquine reduced ripple amplitude during epileptiform discharges. â¶Mefloquine increased afterhyperpolarization following evoked APs and reduced neuronal excitability in CA3 pyramidal cells.
