Abstract

â¶Peripherally injected NO donor or NOS substrate increases pain hypersensitivity. â¶Nerve injury upregulates nNOS expression in DRG, sciatic nerve, and hind paw. â¶Peripherally treated nNOS inhibitor alleviates neuropathic pain hypersensitivity.
