Abstract
â¶Adult heterozygous reeler mice exhibit modestly reduced spine density. â¶PSD-95, NR2A, NR2B and PTEN levels are reduced in synaptosomal fractions. â¶PTEN co-precipitates with NR2A and PSD-95 from synaptosomes. â¶Expression of NR2A is reduced in conditional Pten knock out mice.
