Abstract
â¶The steroid solasodine is an analog of the steroid precursor 22R-hydroxycholesterol. â¶Solasodine induced in vitro differentiation of P19 cells towards neuronal fate. â¶Solasodine induced in vivo neural stem cell proliferation and their differentiation. â¶We concluded that solasodine may represent an approach to brain repair strategy.
