Abstract
Intraplantar BoNT/A administration: â¶relieves neuropathic pain-related behavior. â¶attenuates the upregulation of NOS1, prodynorphin, pronociceptin mRNA in the DRG. â¶attenuates C1q-positive cell activation in both the spinal cord and DRG. BoNT/A influenced neuroimmunological changes and diminished neuropathic pain.
