Abstract

â¶Chronic treatment of noradrenaline increases P2X3 expression. â¶Noradrenaline exaggerates the excitatory response of the P2X3 agonist Î±Î²-meATP in DRG neurons. â¶Noradrenaline augment Î±Î²-meATP-induced thermal hyperalgesia via Î±1 adrenoceptors.
