Abstract
â¶Microglia express TLR2, IL-23 and IL-17 in response to cerebral IR. â¶OGDR induces expression of TLR2, IL-23 and IL-17 in microglia in vitro. â¶OGDR microglia enhance neuronal apoptosis. â¶TLR2/IL-23/IL-17 pathways in microglia at least partially participate neuronal damage after cerebral IR.
