Abstract
â¶Expression of KChIP1 modulates Kv4.3-mediated A-type current properties in recombinant cells. â¶KChIP1 down-regulation slows A-type K+ current recovery from inactivation in interneurons. â¶KChIP1 knockdown induces higher frequency of repetitive firing in interneurons.
