Abstract
⺠Cocaine vaccine pharmacotherapy reduced cocaine-free urines of cocaine dependent addicts. ⺠Cocaine vaccine was effective in patients with low activity dopamine β-hydroxylase genotypes. ⺠Mechanism may involve greater cocaine induced paranoia in patients with low activity DβH.
