Abstract
⺠Regional CBF effects are poorly understood in monkeys under maintenance doses of isoflurane. ⺠Isoflurane results in global CBF increase in high isoflurane dose level. ⺠CBF is altered significantly in subcortical structures in the dose range 0.75-1.5%. ⺠CBF auto-regulation is preserved in cortical regions but disturbed in thalamus and cerebellum.
