Abstract
⺠Preventive and therapeutic single administration of anti-Dll4 antibody in EAE mice. ⺠No clinical or histopathological beneficial effect of anti-Dll4 antibody treatment. ⺠Anti-Dll4 treatment decreases proliferative and Th1/Th17 immune responses.
