Abstract
⺠l-Glutamate stimulates [35S]GTPγS binding to rat hippocampal and striatal membranes. ⺠The group II mGlu receptors, especially mGlu2 subtypes, are involved. ⺠LY487379 potentiates the maximum response elicited by l-glutamate.
