Abstract
⺠TBSS was used on DTI data of young patients with early onset schizophrenia. ⺠A reduced FA was found in the corpus callosum and optic radiation in patients. ⺠Patients show reduced asymmetry of FA in optic radiation and cerebellar peduncles. ⺠Reduced lateralization may play a crucial role in the development of schizophrenia.
