Abstract
⺠A hospital-based, case-control study is conducted. ⺠The contribution of the polymorphisms in FOXP3 gene to MG is first demonstrated. ⺠IVS9+459 G allele may be a genetic protective factor to MG. ⺠FOXP3 â3279 did not appear to play a role in the pathogenesis of MG.
