Abstract
⺠Ligand binding-deficient PDZ domains enhance the synaptic clustering of SAP102. ⺠PDZ domains play distinct roles in the synaptic clustering of SAP102 and PSD-95. ⺠Binding of NMDAR with SAP102 is required for its efficient synaptic clustering.
