Abstract
⺠miR-124 promoted the differentiation of neural stem cells in vitro. ⺠miR-124-NSCs reduced the necrotic cavity volume after spinal cord injury. ⺠miR-124-NSCs promoted functional recovery after spinal cord injury. ⺠The regulation of miR-124 as a kind of stem-cell therapy is promising.
