Abstract
⺠Effects of intravitreal PACAP was tested in hypoperfusion-induced retinal injury. ⺠PACAP attenuates inflammatory cytokine response upon ischemia in the retina. ⺠PACAP induces ERK1/2 and Akt activation in ischemic retina. ⺠PACAP inhibits JNK and p38 MAPK expression.
