Abstract
⺠Infusion of Sydenham's chorea (SC) antibodies in the striatum of rats. ⺠Rats had previous unilateral lesion of nigro-striatal system with 6-OH-dopamine. ⺠SC antibodies induced significantly greater number of contralateral rotations. ⺠The results suggest that SC antibodies have in vivo biological effect.
