Abstract
⺠The γ-secretase inhibitor DAPT perturbed Aβ production like clinical presenilin mutations. ⺠Lipidomics protocol for neuritic terminals of PC12 cells was established. ⺠The γ-secretase inhibitor DAPT increased the gangliosides at neuritic terminals.
