Abstract
⺠The effect of a visually induced kinesthetic illusion on the lower limb was examined. ⺠Corticomotor excitability was increased during the illusion in a somatotopic manner. ⺠The vividness of the kinesthetic illusory sensation affects corticomotor excitability.
