Abstract
⺠Repeated exposure to cocaine can alter the subsequent rewarding effects of this drug. ⺠High-dose cocaine pretreatment decreases low-dose cocaine-induced CPP in mice. ⺠High doses of cocaine induce subsequent alterations in the brain reward system.
