Abstract
⺠The aim of the present paper is to highlight the genetics of treatment resistant depression (TRD). ⺠COX-2 and OXTR are interesting candidate genes for association with TRD. ⺠372 patients, recruited in the context of a TRD study, were genotyped for COX-2 and OXTR SNPs. ⺠We found no association between these SNPs and treatment resistance, response or remission.
