Abstract
⺠Conditioned media from cerebral endothelial cells promoted both OPC (oligodendrocyte precursor cell) migration and proliferation. ⺠Endothelial-derived VEGF-A played a central role in the OPC migration. ⺠Endothelial-VEGF-A did not participate in the OPC proliferation.
