Abstract
► The MDM2 antagonist, nutlin-3, was cytostatic as a single agent in medulloblastoma (MB) cells. ► In MB cells, nutlin-3 potentiated the anti-proliferative effects of the doxorubicin. ► MDM2 antagonists such as nutlin-3 may improve treatment of human medulloblastoma (MB) tumors.
