Abstract
► l-Carnosine is a dipeptide of the amino acids β-alanine and histidine. ► A specific dose of l-carnosine decreases splenic sympathetic nerve activity. ► Decrease in splenic nerve activity is suggested to enhance the NK activity. ► A drinking of l-carnosine solution inhibits the proliferation of human cancer cell.
