Abstract
⺠We investigate the role of GSTO gene polymorphisms in AD risk. ⺠We analyze two common polymorphisms and two uncommon variants in GSTO genes. ⺠The GSTO1*E155del variants showed significant differences between cases and controls. ⺠Our study highlights an association between AD and an uncommon polymorphism.
