Abstract
⺠PRRs and FPRs were reported involved in the inflammatory responses of Alzheimer's disease. ⺠Neuronal inflammatory damage rats were established by using centrally injected Aβ1-42. ⺠We detected the effects of SIF against inflammation caused by Aβ1-42 treatment in rats. ⺠Aβ1-42 treatment caused changes of inflammatory mediators in serum and brain tissues. ⺠SIF was an efficiency compound in antagonizing the inflammation caused by Aβ1-42 treatment.
