Abstract
⺠Clonidine attenuated bilateral tactile and thermal hypersensitivity. ⺠Clonidine reduces bilateral mRNA expression of microglial and astrocytic markers. ⺠Clonidine inhibited bilateral expression of spinal cytokines. ⺠The effects of clonidine were prevented by yohimbine. ⺠The effects of clonidine were partially reversed by naloxone.
