Abstract
⺠We analyzed the expression levels of DR, Kir2 and Kir6.2 genes in PBLs from patients with PD. ⺠There was a significant decrease of the D2, D3 mRNA expression in PBLs of PD patients. ⺠The four Kir2 subuits mRNA expression in PBLs from PD patients were also down-regulated. ⺠There was no difference in expression of Kir6.2 mRNA between PD patients and controls.
