Abstract
⺠Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) become unspread, round shape in simulated microgravity (SMG). ⺠The differentiated cells from MSCs express higher neuronal markers. ⺠MSCs secrete more neurotrophins after the stimulation of SMG. ⺠SMG could enhance the differentiation of MSCs into neurons.
