Abstract
⺠Glutammatergic pathway is involved in SKZ. ⺠221 patients suffering from SKZ and 170 healthy controls were genotyped for 17 SNPs. ⺠GRIA1, GRIA2 and GRIA4 gene variants are confirmed to be involved in schizophrenia. ⺠GRIA1, GRIA2 and GRIA4 gene variants may influence response to antipsychotic.
