Abstract
⺠The lumbar puncture is a safe method to inject neural stem cells (NSCs). ⺠The NSCs can migrate from lumbar region to the subependymal zone. ⺠The NSCs are able to differentiate to different neuronal and glial cells. ⺠Transplanted NSCs improve the coordination in movement in ischemic animals.
